a pack of mountain bike riders stopped by to wish Mom well for her last treatment. Behind the scenes Scott created and distributed notes for a wider range of friends to write messages and well wishes for her. He presented Mom with the beautifully hand crafted notes before the group of guys rode away. The ensemble of motivational notes are hanging on her ficus tree.
It was a beautiful evening and everyone sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the weather and scenery. After the crew left, Mom vomited. I assured her that every good party ends with someone puking.
