At 8:44 a.m. on May 11, the day before her own birthday, Mom became a grandmother. Elsinore "Elsi" Josephine Korol was born in the same hospital that Abbie and I were born in and much in the same fashion; all natural and with complete grace as we have no doubt my mother showed when Abbie, herself, was born.
Mom was in the room with Abbie and Steve and she was an incredible support. I watched her and could see this was among the happiest days of her life, as it was for all of us. We are so glad you are here, Elsi. Grandma is ready to spoil you!

I'm so grateful that your mother has finally been given the gift that smean so much to her. She and your dad will be such wonderful grandparents. Good to have you here Elsi!
