Preparing for the first treatment

Mom's first chemo treatment is tomorrow. She is still bruised and sore from the surgery for the ports, but is doing much much better. She had a great day today! She enjoyed going to work and she also went for a nice walk with Scott. Although she's a bit scared to face the treatment tomorrow, she says she's going to face it like a warrior woman (she's holding a warrior woman -from Denise-in above photo). She also told me today that she is overwhelmed by everyone's kindness, love and support and feels good about having all of you backing her up as she faces this next tough round.
